Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Proklisi website or client portal. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Proklisi is an AI influence agency that designs, builds and manages photorealistic AI influencer characters for brand marketing campaigns. All AI characters on this platform are original creations and are the exclusive intellectual property of Proklisi.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the company you represent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@proklisi.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
Campaign packages are sold as one-time purchases covering a 30-day period from the date of payment. At the end of the 30-day period, services cease unless renewed. Renewal is entirely at the client's discretion — there are no automatic recurring charges.
Specific deliverables, posting schedules and platform coverage are defined at the point of purchase or agreed in writing with your account manager. Proklisi reserves the right to modify package contents with reasonable prior notice.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise Proklisi to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
AI-generated influencer campaigns involve significant underlying costs including advanced AI model usage, GPU processing, and content generation infrastructure. Due to the nature of these costs, which are incurred at the point of delivery, Proklisi is not in a position to offer refunds for campaigns that have been delivered or are actively in progress.
In the rare event of a verified technical failure or a demonstrable inability to deliver your order, we are happy to discuss the matter and work towards a mutually agreeable resolution. To raise such a concern, please contact us at support@proklisi.com with your order reference and a description of the issue.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
By uploading logos, images, videos, documents or other materials ("Client Content") to the Proklisi platform, you grant Proklisi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed campaign services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all Client Content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
All AI influencer characters, generated images, videos and creative content produced by Proklisi remain the intellectual property of Proklisi unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a licence to use campaign deliverables for the agreed marketing purposes during the campaign period. Proklisi retains the right to use campaign content for its own promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Proklisi reserves the right to terminate services immediately if these conditions are breached, without refund.
Proklisi makes no guarantees regarding specific follower counts, engagement rates, reach or conversion outcomes. Social media platform algorithms and policies are outside our control and may affect campaign performance. Campaign results described on our website are illustrative and not contractually guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proklisi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant campaign package.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Clients may close their account via the Account section of the Client Portal. Proklisi may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. No refunds are issued for the remaining campaign period upon client-initiated termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered clients by email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
