Proklisi ("Proklisi", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at www.proklisi.com and the Proklisi Client Portal (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we hold, why we hold it, the basis on which we process it, and the rights available to you.
By using the Services you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not accept it, you must not use the Services.
The following statements are made expressly and are intended to be relied upon:
Holding your information is how the Service functions, not a by product of it. Proklisi is a campaign production and delivery service. By registering and submitting information, you expressly instruct and authorise us to collect, store and process it for the sole purpose of delivering the services you have asked us to perform. The Services cannot be provided without this, and it is not possible to use the Client Portal while withholding that authorisation. All information submitted is collected and processed strictly as required by you in order to use the Services. We do not sell or share any information with third parties.
We collect only information you choose to provide, together with limited technical information generated automatically when you visit the website:
We do not collect, store or have access to payment card details at any point. Card data is handled exclusively by our payment provider, as described in Section 6.
We use the information described above solely in order to:
We do not use your information for automated decision making producing legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build behavioural profiles.
Where data protection legislation applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you, in respect of account administration and campaign delivery; our legitimate interests, in respect of security, fraud prevention and service improvement, balanced against your rights and freedoms; compliance with a legal obligation, in respect of accounting and tax records; and consent, where you have given it, which you may withdraw at any time.
All payments are processed exclusively by an external payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification available.
When you enter card details at checkout, that information passes directly to the payment provider. Proklisi never sees, receives, processes or stores your card number, security code, expiry date or any other payment credential at any point. Our systems sit entirely outside the payment data flow.
The only payment related information we retain is the order reference, the packages purchased, the amount and the date, held solely to administer your account access and billing history.
We engage a small number of established commercial service providers to perform defined functions necessary to operate the Services. These fall into the following categories:
Each provider acts strictly as a processor on our written instructions, is bound by a data processing agreement and by confidentiality obligations, and is prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than performing the function for which it is engaged.
We do not publish the identity, location or configuration of the systems that make up our infrastructure. Disclosure of that detail would materially assist an attacker and would itself constitute a security risk. Such information is made available to regulators, and to clients under confidentiality, where there is a legitimate need.
We disclose personal data only where required by binding legal process, where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, where necessary to prevent imminent harm, or in connection with a corporate transaction in which the acquiring party assumes the obligations set out in this Policy. We do not disclose your information for any commercial purpose of a third party.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law, including standard contractual clauses where required, supported by encryption in transit and at rest.
The website uses strictly necessary cookies required for the site and the Client Portal to function, including authentication session cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies or third party marketing pixels. Cookies may be managed through your browser settings, although disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Client Portal from functioning.
We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or for as long as necessary to deliver the Services. Campaign records and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. Brand assets are retained for the duration of your campaign and for a reasonable period afterwards, and are then deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to their security purpose.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Client Portal or by writing to support@proklisi.com. You should download any material you wish to keep before doing so, as deletion is irreversible.
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, access control on a least privilege basis, credential hashing and monitoring of administrative access. No system can be guaranteed impenetrable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly at support@proklisi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Requests should be sent to support@proklisi.com and will be answered within the period prescribed by applicable law. We may require verification of identity before acting. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, although we would welcome the opportunity to resolve the matter first.
The Services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and where we become aware that we have done so it will be deleted without undue delay.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The date at the head of this page records the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights we will notify registered clients by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance.
Questions, requests and complaints concerning this Policy should be addressed to support@proklisi.com.
